What are you reading?

If you want a cheaper option, I'd really recommend mindfulness for housework Wink I absolutely love doing the washing up now cos it's perfect for mindfulness... I can happily do it for hours... just in my head keep quietly repeating "washing up" just to give me clearer awareness of if my mind wanders... and if so bring it back to that 'anchor'... while at the same time carefully observing the process of washing up, the feelings, the sounds etc. Likewise I can't get enough of those cold showers anymore... they've become the highlight of my day, they too being great for mindfulness practice. I'm not good at mindfulness for everything... like for instance conversation or complex tasks... but for simple tasks like washing up or washing, or walking, it's great, and I would totally recommend it Smile

The Last Letter by Rebecca Yarros

Can't really say if I'm liking it yet, I'm only 4% in according to my Kindle, but it's supposed to be a moving story. We'll see, I don't cry easily on books.

The Road to Gandolfo, by Robert Ludlum.

A disgraced American general hatches a plot to kidnap the pope and hold him for ransom - one dollar from every Catholic in the world. Screamingly funny.
