It’s not just the birth rate  There is also the need to cover the impacts of deficiencies in primary and secondary education.    We steal the fruits of your investment in basic education  to help generate our corporate profits here because we want to keep most of those who are born with the right to vote here ignorant and resentful enough to put GOP and the likes of trump in power.
