Maybe you'll be happy to hear that despite Blinken's (possibly) conciliatory words with China recently, Biden has spoken up again to call Xi a dictator and say several other things that will be offensive to the Chinese. 

What he said may be for domestic consumption, appearing tough on China while Blinken makes deals. Or it may be that Biden doesn't know what his own government's policies are. 

Anyway, those who dislike China will be pleased by Biden's statements.
