No, it does not. On the Republican side, it will depend on how much she is willing to kiss Trump's ass and he apparently not too happy with her so she's got a lot of kissing to do. Nope, Biden has no serious challengers and is going to win the Democratic Nomination unless he dies or a nuclear apocalypse occurs. RFK doesn't have a prayer and nobody even knows who the rest of his challengers even are.

With the state of republican voters, he could probably win from jail - hell..it might help.
