  That Some People Are Saying™ "These guys are corrupt, and that's bad....so lets hop in bed with those corrupt guys" is a rationalization, not a reason. We're going through the same shit with magats. Where hypocrisy, whether real or perceived (usually the latter, lol) becomes the fuel for a white victimization complex. We say we have to protect our oppressed minorities and cultures. Hey, aren't I, as one of The Whites the most oppressed minority? Isn't my culture under attack? Fertility rates, replacement levels, wars on christmas, dei, crt, drag queen story hour, haitian immigrants spending all the fema bux on lobsters and dogs and cats, taking all the jobs and sucking up all the unemployment money in rural wisconsin.

Clearly...revolution is the only option. We must destroy democracy to prove the hypocrisy of democracy as a pretense for overthrowing the government and installing the once and future Mad King.

I travel in poor countries for working (I want to spend last part of my professional life in Africa) and I speak with them. We are losing, as westerners I mean. Chinese, Russians etc they bash us for our double standard and we cannot really explain them that the double standard is not too much and so on and so forth.
And also I do not see any decent moral pride in our society values among us westerners anymore. So many admirers of strongman like Putin, Xi Jinping also here inthe west, but all these people do not know how shity is to live in Russia, how shitty is to live in China where you basically are followed 24h a day by police and cannot express your opinions etc.
In the end, our life in the west is not too bad as some people perceive it...

The language of civil rights and a deeply critical view of america, both traditionally left and far left pursuits, translated through the prism of white supremacy as a consequence of the demographics of the current right and far right wing bloc. They want to be the good guys by the metrics of the society they grew up in. The point of the wild eyed conspiracy theories and hypocrisy hunts is to provide them with a fantasy to inhabit in which this is true. So, you know, the Donald is out there freeing mole children or whatever. Just as you say, nevermind how broken and impoverished their communities are. That's not Dear Leaders fault anyway - that's the enemy within.

As far as losing....idk, probably, democracy is an aberration - not the norm. Thing is what could you do to win? You gonna talk those guys out of their fantasies? Reason with them.....?

There are no good actors here. I don't think that means Trump is a road forward. He isn't. I don't know that anyone is. But I'm sure Trump is not.

One good point is that the Biden Administration cut off munitions supply to Saudi Arabia to curtail the horror happening in Yemen. i may be too optimistic but I think perhaps Harris may carry this forward and cut off munitions if not arms to Israel. I don't know and can only hope Harris learned something from that.

Most of you following this thread have probably heard that Trump seems to be running out of gas - not the kind he regularly blows out his ass but the figurative kind. Harris has jumped on this and has been pointing out that if he can't handle campaigning, he is not going to be up for the presidency. It helps that while she says this, she is alert and bright-eyed. If she is fatigued at all by the campaign, she isn't showing it.

Hopefully, Trump continues his lethargic behavior for another three weeks.
