I wish he'd been allowed to speak so we could have his batshit spewed under oath. Perjury charges wouldn't be far behind.
His lawyers (different case), in presenting his immunity defense to an appellate court, actually argued that a President must be impeached and convicted before he can face any criminal charges, up to and including murdering political rivals.
This is beyond insane. It essentially gives him leave to assassinate half the House and two-thirds of the Senate. Why? Because anyone who votes to impeach or convict becomes a political rival. Boru
