Nope, just something more than a rationalization that could also be applied to many other beliefs/religions that have been persecuted and continue to exist.

Atheists have also been persecuted.

Evidence that is not abstract.

So far no religious person(s) have been able to provide any, at least none that I've encountered. You seem fairly passionate so I thought I'd give you the opportunity.

It's OK by me if your faith/belief is enough for you, we just won't interact much if religion is all you want to discuss.

Taking the verbiage of what is a Judaic belief system back into the occasional Hebrew or Aramaic word is a signal to those reading or hearing it that I am not a follower of Christian ideation of the Jewish Messiah. I understand what Christians believe about Yeshua, and find it to be often at odds with the Judaism that engendered it.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but you have about as much grasp on the culture and mindset of pre-Diaspora first-century Judaism as I do of the Britons, Picts, and Gaels of the same era. That Christianity has gotten it arse-backward doesn't mean that your beliefs are any more valid.
