I don’t know if that is a bad move by D. Trump.
The hard fact is that prices are soaring in Iran. They are truly desperate to obtain a lifting of US sanctions. But they are too dumb to admit it:

On Poland and Hungary:
- The Victor Orban era in Hungary is over. Many east European countries (and West European countries too) have these worries about a rapidly evolving society. For instance the LGBTQ+ movement is being served to ordinary people as some sort of political movement with the secret agenda of eradicating heterosexual behavior, normal families and marriages. And with our culture of social media functioning in a totally unchecked manner, it’s very easy to fool average voters with things like that.
Yet the truth remains the truth. Poland in the Donald Tusk Era is one of the pillars of the EU. And Hungary itself needs all of these EU funds. It could simply not keep being Putin’s vetoing machine + China’s backdoor to the EU market.

Iran's economy was already suffering on account of the sanctions. Have you forgotten what sparked the mass protests. The idea that people living in a dreadful economy are going to roll over because you make it slightly more dreadful is stupid. But that's par for you.

To be fair right wing here tries to present gays not as dudes or ladies attracted to the same sex but as members of conspiracy or as what is particularly fucking pathetic (and just as stupid) ideology.
Now, Poland as pillar of the EU that is trolling. Country that does not have functional constitutional court can't be a pillar of anything. If anything Poland is USA trojan donkey in EU.
