Says who it's not true? Some people do believe stealing is fine.
Egoism and Nihilism (Philosophical Subsets)
Ethical Egoism: This philosophical subset argues that an action is good or right if it maximizes the individual's self-interest. To a strict ethical egoist, if stealing a valuable item directly benefits them and they can get away with it, the act is considered rational and good for them, independent of any societal rules.
Moral Nihilism and Error Theory: Moral nihilists believe that objective right and wrong do not exist at all. Within this subset, stealing is not viewed as "bad" because no actions are inherently bad.
Who are you to say they're wrong?

His subjective perspective, obviously. We're all capable of making subjective judgments without also having to agree with how the other person perceives something.

It won’t be, ofc. I’m going to feed you to my dog. I’ll get angry and that will override my better judgement. My insecure and suspicious ape brain will wonder who else thinks they can do this and how I might set a strong example to the contrary. What I -should- do is call the loony bin and get you help….but there’s a really good chance I won’t. A moral failure. A legal one too, at least in our society.
-and yeah, sure, egoism and nihilism are positions people can take. I think those people are wrong. Did I get you wrong…are you not a person looking for a path to objective morality? Are you, in reality, an egoist or a nihilist who doesn’t believe that objective morality is true or possible? If so…then it’s not true or possible with or without gods. His statement is equivalent to saying that because there are people who deny the moon landing and gravity who are we to say they are wrong? it's so dumb

Exactly why moral disagreement does not establish moral subjectivity or disprove moral objectivity.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Argument from authority fallacy. Who does he have to be to say they’re wrong? Everything - literally EVERYTHING - in philosophy is open to argument. Be less stupid.
