Prayer ... SERIOUSLY?!
RE: Prayer ... SERIOUSLY?!
You better read it again, G-C. Same old stupid shit. If you'd lived 3,000 years ago in Thebes you'd have been on your knees to Amun-Ra every fucking day.

You're a believer. Doesn't matter what you believe in just as long as you have a sky-daddy to imagine.

One sky-daddy is pretty much the same as another when you get down to brass tacks.

That is an opinion that lies in your head and I'm thankful that God has given me the ability to see through your nonsense.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Leviticus 20:13 - "If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads."

You're right, it doesn't sound like the bible is promoting fear of homosexuals, sounds more like execution.

This verse mind you is from the same bible which clearly portrays a homosexual relationship between Jonathan and David.

I would hate to be a homosexual. Simply for the reason that they are persecuted for being themselves and that monotheistic religions target them constantly. So many people just don't get that gays can be born gay and that there are many factors that go into homosexuality. I wish they weren't so discriminated against. Thinking

Delusion.

Mankind's intelligence walks hand in hand with it's stupidity.

Being an atheist says nothing about your overall intelligence, it just means you don't believe in god. Atheists can be as bright as any scientist and as stupid as any creationist.

You never really know just how stupid someone is, until you've argued with them.

God has given you shit. You make this silliness up on your own and try to blame god for your lack of common sense.

God has given him a stupidity commensurate with god himself, and he couldn't be more grateful for it.

RE: Prayer ... SERIOUSLY?!
I always wonder why Christians bring god to an atheist forum.

I often chuckle that it brings such satisfaction to the Christ believer to believe also that those who do not see things their way shall roast in the Hades of their god's making. A place who's genesis was to house Satan El and his fallen minions and only later was designated as the address for god's created damned unrepentant sinners. Those mortals who were created in that god's image and likeness and bear the mantel of sin at birth, proving god can not forgive Adam and Eve nor can he start fresh after he drowned the whole world and repopulated it anew, through inbreeding in the Noah family.

I need not wonder though that Christians fail to realize when they seek salvation they seek to be saved from the god that made them damned. That they hope to be redeemed, like a coupon, for what was not in their control when "sinner" was tattooed upon them at birth, by god's free will. While excusing for themselves their being human, and earning that curse because they imagine free will is possible within the domain of omniscience.

Meanwhile it is a fine thing to know that Maltheism is alive and well as god's breath page after page. Wherein god warns the literate believer that he is both their salvation and their damnation. He is the darkness and the light, the evil and the good. And as he resides in heaven he too resides in hell.
And so, when Christians think to take their elitist values all on faith, that prayer is heard by that what is all that is, including their feared Devil, I figure it's all well and good that they're here amid those who know better than to accept all that as true.

Meanwhile as the Theist prays, the atheist dies free of this world while no thing of fire and brimstone awaits them at all. Because Hell is an address of faith, and it awaits for the believer in it. Atheists need not apply.
"In life you can never be too kind or too fair; everyone you meet is carrying a heavy load. When you go through your day expressing kindness and courtesy to all you meet, you leave behind a feeling of warmth and good cheer, and you help alleviate the burdens everyone is struggling with."

I too would hate to be a homosexual, it's not the discrimination so much that I think bothers me, more to do with all the penis.

And yes, even one penis more than my own is enough for me to say "all the penis".
