No.. We then Go to what Paul says about every person put on this earth besides Christ... If Mary has not been given any special dispensation, concerning sin then she is considered to be a sinner like everyone else as she is not Christ.
You may be alluding to Romans 3:23 here, but this does not prove what many claim that it proves.
Do little children have the capacity to sin? What about those who are mentally handicapped?
So, if these cannot commit personal sins because they do not have the necessary capacity to do so, then NOT ALL have sinned. Some have not.
And if these two categories of non-sinners exist, then it is not absolutely binding that "all have sinned". There is simply a third category of non-sinner which only contains one person, Mary.
And just as Adam and Eve were made by God without original sin, so God chose to preserve Mary from the effects of the fall.
