It also speaks volumes of one's, meaning your lack of, reading comprehension. How can one of your apparent lower caliber reading comprehension have any means of informing others of biblical interpretation?

Yep. I'm converted now. Your explanation makes perfect sense: God must punish those who are unwilling to sacrifice themselves in the fight against evil.

It's his only option because it's not as if God is omnipotent and able to act on the logically possible option of making all the good people immune to evil... Oh wait.

(note I suggested that rather than suggesting God just remove all the evil in the world in case you start with the "Evil is the absence of good and good is contingent upon it." nonsense.)
