Texas lawmaker proposes a $100 masturbation fine

No denying, Texas would make money hand over fist ... so to speak.

I could go to Texas and offer my services at a substantial savings over the fines . . .

Laws like this should be in every state where they're trying so hard to stop women getting abortions.

They claim everything from "Protecting the unborn" to "caring about the emotional and physical wellbeing or women", but what it comes down to is "if we let women control their own reproduction and bodies they might start thinking for themselves and that would make Baby Jesus cry!"

Every sperm IS sacred.

It pains me to know how many are wasted everyday.
