I have a brother in Houston and another one in Austin. Not sure if the one in Houston has evacuated. Katrina was a Category 3 hurricane and Harvey is a Category 4. Doesn't look good.

Yeah, it isn't looking pretty. With hurricanes, it's hard to tell what will happen, at least as far as flooding is concerned. I hope your family, and everyone else's will be okay.
People in coastal areas not wanting to evacuate have been advised to take a Sharpie marker and write their names and social security numbers on their arms to speed up IDing their remains.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Weren't they also supposed to stick a flashlight up their asses so the rescue workers could find them in the dark?
you're doing better with the sexual imagery of late.
GJ ! The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
I's tryin', boss.
and I note an LED flashlight would provide a usable beacon for far longer than incandescent
