That alone should speak volumes to you. I guess the other 45.3 percent were too busy. The Brexit turnout was over 72%. The French election turnout was 74%.
And, as Vince Lombardi said: "Winning isn't everything it's the only thing." Although he may not have been the first to say it.

That still doesn't mean that the American people wanted him as President.

What a trashy and greedy woman.
She deserved to lose, and here she is saying it was everyone's fault but her own.
Is it any wonder Bill cheated on her so much? lol

Do you have any non-script lines to contribute here?
I'd prefer that this thread provide insight rather than personal attacks. Let's see what you've got there.

Like I said before, there are many reasons why people don't turn out to vote. You are aware of the restrictive voter ID laws that make it harder to vote for some people (most notably the poor and minorities) right? Or laws in states that mean you cannot send a mail-in ballot, and don't make the election day a public holiday, meaning if you are poor and working two jobs you have to get time off work, on a day where a load of your colleagues also want time off work, and then get to a polling station when you might not have proper transportation.
But sure, everyone was "too busy" to vote. Maybe set aside your pessimism once in a while Min; you're a clever guy, but your reasoning is dangerous. You don't have any actual evidence that the country wanted Trump, but you assume it because it helps explain in your eyes why your candidate lost. There are numerous reasons why she did, not all of them have to do with Trump and his supporters.

Her biggest mistake was underestimating how stupid people are.
Her biggest failing was and is being an arrogant, cast-iron bitch with no charisma at all.
In the end, Hillary is the ultimate political failure. She is a capable, principled woman with excellent credentials and married to one of the best politicians of all time. She ran against a fucking circus clown who nobody with a brain should trust to run a local mosquito-control board and she LOST! Admittedly, our flawed election system played a major role here too but FUCK! How could ANYONE not in prison for multiple sexual assaults against 5-year olds lose an election to the ultimate jackass of the universe?!! I'm still in awe!
When I was a new member here, I did a thread citing the existence of the leaf blower as evidence that we are living in a simulation created by some god-like kid. Sorry, I'm too drunk and lazy to figure out how to find it and link to it. As absurd as the leaf blower is however, this is an order of magnitude more so. Donald FUCKING Trump is President of the United States. Why not "Nature Boy" Ric Flair? What's the difference?
Hillary Clinton needs to crawl into a hole somewhere and DIE.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

One of America's biggest failings is voting based on charisma.

Isn't that ever the truth? I'll never understand what secret sauce so many seem to want to find in a candidate. You can keep the transformative visionary. I'll take the one who understands the art of the possible and isn't afraid to use government to even the playing field.

I was super busy intentionally not voting. Remember, before the election, how I suggested that one way to effect change in government, if the government itself were competently resistant to change via it's own claimed channels, was for a situation to develop in which only a small minority of americans voted for some winning president. How a "mandate" coming from, say, 25% of we the people isn't authoritative and would be internationally risible on it's face?
Looks like we've got that. Th american president is openly derided by a majority of americans. His own party's representatives do not seem to care about his mandate. His "base" has been completely alienated and are now imagining that he's been illuminati mind controlled or drugged or cucked or whatever the fuck keeps nutjubs up and sweating at night. Foreign officials appear to be operating on the assumption that no one is behind trump and all they need to do is wait him ut.
The wait probably won't be long, at this point.
None of this would be possible if the president could even summon the -ghost- of popular support...which he;s tried to do so many times and in such a hilarious way...that this too has become one of the easiest ways to rib the shit out of him.
