Point #4 addresses Darwinian evolution explicitly, the other 3 points address it somewhat implicitly (such as the formation of the Earth in a habitatal zone, oxidation of our atmosphere, etc.)

Your refusal to answer even those basic questions is all I need to know. Your bible is bullshit and so is your religion and your god.
