Is it better for your idol's reputation if he had been killed instead of committing suicide?  Because you aren't willing to do a basic investigation a murderer could escape justice.  The guy died in a backwater French town.  They immediately assumed that he committed suicide because he had his bathrobe belt around his neck.  Is his body clean of all bruises, needle marks, etc.?  Does his hair indicate recent drug use?  What  about his financial records?  What does his family and associates say about his recent behavior? The record shows that he had some powerful enemies.  They are the kind that tend to hold grudges.  

While I didn't like the guy his death does deserve a full and complete honest investigation.  But he won't get one.

Forensics teams can tell very clearly if a hanging is a set up or a suicide. Stop being a fucking weirdo. Also, no one would get away because Joods wouldn't do an investigation. She's clearly not in charge of that sort of thing.
