This was already explained in this thread

Quote: then it would be bigoted to tell someone they are wrong for being bigoted.
Nope even then it would not be bigoted

Calling out bigotry and regressive views is not bigotry

That would defend on how you define bigotry. If bigotry, is simply believing that some thing is wrong, then it would be bigoted to tell someone they are wrong for being bigoted.

It's been explained to you repeatedly why denying the right to get married to gays is a bigoted view. That you, Steve, GC and anyone else I forgot to mention continue to ignore the facts is not our fault.

It's unearned, discriminatory (especially against people who don't have anyone who wants to marry them), and offers a bad incentive to make such a serious contract.

Whether there are benefits or not though, I just wanted to see gay people get the same rights and opportunities as everyone else. Now that it has happened, and all the slippery slope nonsense hasn't happened, nor has the destruction of society, I wish the bigots would at least be gracious losers here.

The state has a compelling interest in marriage.  It;s economically sound, and secures a future tax base.  Yes, it;s possible to scam what few married benefits there actually are...but it;s unlikel;y that any significant number of people do so such that the grift outweighs the net gain.

Why is that bigotry, when the same arguments where made against a married bachelor, and a human/ non human marriage where just made, and I would say there was nearly universal disagreement. It seems they went back to the definition of marriage, the same as myself and Steve. So I would ask again, how are you defining bigotry?

And this is all shit you have repeated and it's just as fake the first time you said it

1. The comparisons are stupid and no that would not be bigotry this shit was debunked

2.This is not a disagreement your beliefs are bigoted

3.We already defined it

Trotting out refuted arguments or arguments that never has any traction does not help you

Perhaps...because married bachelors isn;t a thing and gay marriage isn't bestiality or getting hitched to a toaster?  Just throwing that out there, lol.

Now, correct me if i;m wrong, but..you;re in favor of gay marriage, correct? You see no reason to impose any state sanction. So sleep easy tonight. Those christians who do find reason...and there are many.... can give no other answer than their vaguely worded bigotries fobbed off on a god.

Cats and dogs. Ruining america. God will punish such a state (the contention of the article in the op). So much noise.

Consider married bachelor is contradiction and yes comparing gay marriage to marrying non humans is also an absurd comparison

I would continue, but I feel like you guys will just offer the same arguments that you just turned down a moment ago. I can’t keep up with eqivocating terms, Andy shifting arguments.
