That’s certainly not the impression that anyone gets about him. He’s a loathsome human being, sure...but more of a dashboard decoration than a plotting mastermind. - and he can’t get a decent crowd amped up to save his life.
I’d say we have plenty to fear from a guy leading hate rallies from the highest office in the land. Obviously, it depends a bit on our particular shade of lipstick, but still. Even that has a ticking clock. How long until trumps base realizes that there are a bunch of miscegenated subhumans in their ranks? Gonna lock em up / send em back to Africa too?

Pence is there to keep the evangelicals in line. Pence is a "true believer". The anti-transgender stuff from Trump is all Pence. The abortion policies, all Pence. Anything Trump promotes that is for his evangelical supporters--that's Pence. Im assuming you know of Pence's history in Indiana--he was this country's last hurrah of State governments attempting to make discrimination against gay people legal under the banner of religious liberty. Betsy DeVoss--that's a Pence inspired selection. Pence's fingerprints are all over Trump's government appointments. There were some notable Trumpy appointments (Tillerson, Haley, Carson), but anything neocon or traditional GOP is all Pence. Yeah? I’m aware of him being s liathesome human being... but what one can also draw from his time in Indiana....is that he’s completely ineffective.
Our president is holding hate rallies...and he’s good at it. I would prefer neocons and paleocons to that. Hell, mainline dems, today... -are- paleocons. It would be a step backwards, but at least a step up out of the gutter where ideas like the OPs come from.
