If you were hanging out with your friend and they started telling you that they were about to die, would you not think that something serious was going on inside of their body? Floyd said that before he went to the ground.

I agree that the force was excessive. I just think 2nd degree is too high a charge. If they let him plee to 3rd, people wouldn't have accepted that as justice, so they were kind of between a rock and a hard place.

Casey Anthony was guilty as heck but she got off because the jury wasn't sure as to the cause of death. Maybe I'll be wrong on this one and he'll get convicted. We'll see. I was right about the cop who killed Mike Brown and I was right about George Zimmerman being not guilty, but maybe this is where my streak of correct predictions ends.

The death of Casey Anthony's daughter was not recorded on video.  The death of George Floyd was.

You miss my point. If anyone deserves a higher degree of conviction, Chauvin does.

Preciesly because it was caught on video.

He was charged and wanted to plead guilty to lesser charges but they wouldn't let him.

And I still don't know exactly how he died. Floyd was saying he thought he was going to die before he ever went to the ground. Maybe he could tell that his body was breaking down? Why did he think he would die if they put him in the back of the car, without the thought of a neck restraint even entering his mind?
You keep saying the same thing, I keep reminding you that it doesn't matter to the charges at hand. OFC he wanted to plead out, but even those lesser charges were murder.

Off duty Firefighter whom was on the sidewalk testified yesterday and got asked the stupidest question by the defense in basically if it would be reasonable to assume an ambulance was called.

Of course police called EMT because they suspected he needed detox treatment. But that to me does not fucking matter considering the 9 minutes they sat on him, and with Chauvin with a knee on his neck, and they did nothing to start CPR after she and others begged him to help.

It doesn't fucking matter. Chauvin did nothing even when EMT was in route, and even after Floyed became unresponsive and when she and others were begging police to give him aid, they all still sat on him. We all saw the same video.

People who try to cast doubt on what was seen in the video remind me of the 9-11 conspiracy nut jobs. Did you not see the planes fly into the buildings?

The defense cross is asking about the tobacco shop and age requirements to get in to that portion of the store.

WHAT THE FUCK? What the fuck does that have to do with a knee on Floyd's neck?
