How is universe obvious superior intelligence creation when babies get born deformed and die?

Intentionally.
Here is the verse about it " He knows what the uteruses are reducing and what they are increasing." (Rad 8)
And Like all the other problems we face on earth, the only explanation for it is the verse below.

He created life and death to test which of you will prevail in goodness (Mulk 2).

The magic word is "Test"...
all of the problems we saw here (in this life) are part of the Exam we are in.

That test is way too cruel, if he was perfect he would find a different way to test people than to torture little babies and make their parents watch it.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

There are fairytales in Koran, like that a man was swallowed by a giant fish

We are talking about the Prophet Jonah (Yunus) in here. The people to whom he was sent as a prophet were very rude and wicked. He was fed up with them and broke up with them before Allah commanded him.
He got on a ship and set sail.
However, he fell into the sea with the storm, and as far as I can see, a whale protected him (by Allah's command) in his mouth and helped him to land. That is the real story happened in history.
- man flew on a winged horse to seven layers of heaven and talked to God,
that part of the Our Prophet Mohammed's journey is not told in Quran. Therefore I am not talking about it.
- Mohammed met jinns.
Yes that is true. Jinns are existing. Do you think all of those hundreds of scary movies are just based on imagination?
REALLY REALLY NOT!
In your culture, you call them "Bad spirits and or demons" but some spiritual creatures (Jins) are really bad and harm people, while other Jins are good (and sometimes willing to help people).
Some of the Jins (good ones) witnessed our Prophet's reading of the Qur'an and they also believed him. The Qur'an talks about their feelings after hearing Quran (their admiration actually). (Btw it is not told Our Prophet met Jinns, they (a group of Jinn) just witnessed Quran reading.

Cruel would be a little bit rude word in here. You might say hard or harsh. In this case there are several answers from Quran and I will only quote one here
- We will test you with some fear, hunger, loss of wealth and lives, so give good news to those who are patient (Bakara 155)

The more we delve into why any deity does what it does, the clearer it becomes there's nothing exceptional about the deity. Rather, the human mind behind the deity's creation becomes all too obvious.

3. I’ve read both Eddas (together with a lot of supernumerary material) and I own three copies of the Quran - two in English - that were gifted to me by Muslim friends. So, yes, I’ve read your book.

I have another theory about what is responsible for your failures. Wink

Nope, obviously you didn't read Quran, you only have read your biases.
We can't have read the same book, because I see a clear miracle, you don't see anything.

Do you believe that his not reading the Quran perceptively is the only possible reason his experience could differ from yours?

Can you demonstrate that djinns exist apart from your book?

You say, people looked that they are suffering, they said, at least there is a reward for this. At least let there be a God so that our suffering makes sense.

I say that you are establishing an inner world that distances itself from the truth with your rebellion that does not accept the truth called life.

We live in a realm in which there is both happiness and pain.

All of these have been presented to mankind by God for a special wisdom.

If you stop rebelling and face the truth, you will see how even the hardest tests and pains become easier.

What you perceive as rebellion is simply my logical mind not falling prey to your religious delusions.

Sure.
They are around us, they live with us but it is kinda they are in a parallel universe (whose coordinates exactly the same with us).
They see us, we can't see them (Araf 27).
They normally only can whisper ideas in our minds (sometimes we really think those ideas are ours) but actually they are from them.
However, under some circumstances, they touch our lives physically.
The main reason for it is black magic. Some people (generally people with innate or acquired abilities to communicate them) make dark agreements with them. And use their abilities to harm you.
You can see tons of videos in Mr. Ballens (not a religious man at all) channel about people who are suffering from those experiences.
