The most ridiculous part is when she says that all totalitarian regimes are rooted in militant secularisation.
She actually called secularists militant, which is more idiotic when you consider that there are more 'religious' secularists than there are atheist secularists.
B-but Christianity isn't militant at all! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O9DHgnKeAxo Not.

Ha. I love that song (in a joking way of course).

Warsi is actually a Muslim peer of the Conservative party as well, which makes her defence of a supposed Christian hegemony in the UK (you know, the same one that used to go over to Arab countries and totally rape them) even more confusing.

It simply reveals that she didn't engage her brain before talking, probably because she was in such awe at the Pope (as she was visiting Rome) ranging his Catholic schlong in her face...or something...

A Muslim who forgot about the crusades. Odd.

Good point. I was always wondering when someone with half a brain would look at Bush and say that a moron like him should not have weapons of mass destruction, either.

Saddam Hussein was a realist compared to that shithead.

I still say it's an alliance of convenience, where two former bitter enemies come together against a larger and more dangerous threat. In this case, that unifying cause is their opposition to rationality.

Ah well...we had our 15 minutes.
The establishment has reacted quickly on this one. Local Government Secretary, Tory Eric Pickles, has swiftly signed a parliamentary order, overruling the high court decision, and allowing praying to continue to be on the agenda at local government meetings.
The national secular society is going to appeal....but don't hold your breath in anticipation.
The high court judge who ruled in favour of the ban is even now having his finger and toe nails being removed...slowly.. by men in fancy dress!

I thought they just got Eric Pickles to sit on people they don't like. Or eat them.

I don't like the fact that Eric Pickles has power over this. It shouldn't be possible for politicians to follow their own personal agendas. Surely it breaks the right for religion ( or lack of ), which then violates the human rights act.

I have Eric Pickles as a player on one of my teams on Pro Evo.

He is a fantastic striker.
