@ amw79: Yeah it's science dude. Look at the evidence.
@ Adrian: Well the words were the thrust of the post. The pic was just an aid but obviously people aren't seeing the words. And I thought it was me that just looked at the pictures!
It doesn't make any sense, unless you believe it does(!) *rolls eyes like a person who doesn't believe that insane nonsense* <---we need an emoticon for that one, must be a hard one to do though methinks!!

No Evie - you can't use the same excuse to dismiss everything. 3 persons because 'person' fits what they are, and they are all 'God' in essence. Doesn't seem that hard to me
@ Fr0do. "Yeah it's a picture dude, it shows them all on there - god, the father, the spirit - do you believe me now"

Doesn't seem that hard to me So it's all a metaphor that doesn't really mean anything in reality? Fair enough. So they are all 3 separate things and the part about them also being one is just metaphorical? Or is it the other way around? They're all the same thing but the part about them being 3 is just metaphorical? Because God cannot be 3 things and one thing at the same time. EvF
@Fr0d0: It's contradicting in itself. God is the father, son and spirit but when he is, say the spirit for example, he can't be the other two. :S

Fair enough. Of course you are wondering why God doesn't follow the natural laws of physics that applies to this world. One question... WHY??? Are you applying naturalistic laws to God by any chance? (September 27, 2009 at 2:45 am)fr0d0 Wrote:(September 26, 2009 at 10:52 pm)Retorth Wrote: @Fr0d0: It's contradicting in itself. You have a point however, that this supposed god doesn't follow naturalistic laws. He is supernatural after all.

I think your diagram just confused everyone more. That A is a unique person does not prevent A having the God essence. It's be like saying that an apple couldn't also be fruit. Or that Colin couldn't be a golfer. Adrian ≠ Ben ≠ Colin. But Adrian, Ben and Colin are all golfers. |
