I've managed to stay on the FB eBible forum, solely via keeping my mouf shut tight. They will ban anyone saying anything remotely challenging.

A weird cult they are. Here are some selected musings from their members on what didn't happen on Oct 7th. Yes, some of these people really seem to believe the world was ending. Interesting psychology at play here and not sure what to make of it.

Dingbat #1 - Yes I feel my heart is circumcised. Cut by something sharp.. A sharp stone? Jesus is the cornerstone. It is like the hearts of true believers are hurting, tender and exposed. Better to fall on the stone, don't be crushed to powder. We know the word of God cuts, it is a sharp sword. Division, division, division.

Dingbat #2 - Yes Jennifer, some are angry and angry with each other because the world did not end. BUT did not the teachers say, ??? This mean it may not as well. People need to remember the teachers are not the ones who make the final decision of our Lord;s return, but God is. They are tools used by God. What ever God is doing, he sees fit. I don't want to be here anymore than any other Christian believe me, but we must bare the burden for now. We will have our day of glory and I do believe according to all the things that the bile is teaching, we are very, very close. So, let's pray for them and hope none will fall away and go back to the churches.

Dingbat #3 - To Mrs. Haseley and the others. After May 21, 2011, I was kicked out of the house, slandered, nearly divorced, and ultimately lost my job. My entire family was against me. But this time, thankfully, i did not go through any real trials from others. My family just ignored the message, though some would sternly reject it, even before I had really said anything. If I even mention the Bible, it"s like I pulled a knife on them. But I don't understand what God is doing right now. Aside from all the trials and possible trials, it feels bad enough to have expected God, but to somehow be wrong. I want Him to correct us and to guide us into all truth just like He said. May God give us the patience needed, besides, there is no where else to go but to His Word. And right now I'll take all those comforting scriptures. Thank you all for sharing. May God bless.
