OMG... Pho... So good. It's Pho King amazing.
I take mine with a little hoisin sauce and just enough Sriracha to balance the flavor profile and wake my mouth up. I don't want to blow away the flavor of the broth - which to me is the best part of the soup.

That doesn't look too bad...I'd do away with hot sauce, but the rest looks yummy.
Now, forgive my ignorance, but...what is a pho restaurant?

Looks like chickpeas, garlic, egg, olives...and I can't identify the green stuff. I don't think I've had the pleasure of Portuguese cuisine.
