It's kinda like asking "How do you make a cake ? What ingredients do you use ?"
Lots of cake out there in the world and many are made in much the same way but ingredients vary depending on the part of the world you're in. But that's where the analogy kinda falls apart, because cake is real. Religion is an imaginary cake recipe that makes imaginary cakes in an imaginary oven. It's all indoctrinated delusion with a bunch of people who have imaginary cake competitions every sunday. They dress up and enjoy their cake, imaging how good it tastes. These people don't like being told that they don't have any cake.

The focal point of religion is fantasy, but religion..and the religion cake..is very real.
