RE: A question about atheistic “beliefs” (opinions, guesses, etc.)

Would you believe it if this conversation was nothing new here? That you aren't the first person to levy these same tired complaints - from being wrong about what atheists believe, to being an asshole about atheists in general, to imagining that atheists are somehow starting shit with you.
You even managed to imagine that one of our muslim posters was an atheist. I'll admit that that doesn't happen often.

I do not do "believing", but apparently that concept is beyond your abilities.
Show me where I "imagined" one of your Muslim posters is an atheist...and I will apologize. It would have been wrong to do so if I did.
So for once, follow up. Link me to where I did that so I can make the apology.

Go do the work of expatiating your own shame your own self. Meanwhile...yes, yes, we know, you do ham sandwiching. Should I requote my post and replace belief with ham sandwich, is the presence of the term belief the only thing you'd call a mischaracterization in that post?

You are so full of shit, I am astonished you can stand yourself.
I came to this forum to ask a few questions about the atheists here...and started getting hammered. (I know, I know...atheist fear agnostics. So the hammering was expected.) In any case, I returned fire, even though I thought it to be bullying on my part, because the talent here is not very high.
Now you are in a snit.
Okay. Grow up if you want to play on the Internet. And be sure to get your parent's permission to go into these kinds of fora.

I keep trying to tell you, and they keep trying to tell you....the majority of the atheists here and anywhere else...are....agnostics.
How many of the words above would you like me to replace with ham sandwich, just to get in front of it this time?

In a sense...EVERYBODY is agnostic on the question of whether or not there are gods.
The people who are agnostic about the question BUT who continue to uses the word "atheist" as a descriptor (assholes that they are)...almost certainly use that word because they either "believe" there are no gods...or "believe" that it is more likely that there are no gods than that there is at least one.
Finally get that through your thick skull.
Shove your ham sandwich up your ass. Be sure to move your head out before doing so.

You came here under the guise of asking questions and then telling us that our responses were wrong. I consider that preaching or lecturing. You got hammered for that behavior which has nothing to do with fear. It has much to do with your close minded opinions regarding the responses that you asked for.
And then you claim fowl. Yea talent!

Well, not everybody. I'm not. However, you're on a board full of agnostics who identify as atheists. Don't you think it might be absurd to make such a claim here, of all places - directly surrounded by so many immediate refutations of an incomprehensibly dull claim?

Anyway...the reason I came here was to ask a few questions.
I have disagreed with some of the comments. Are visitors here expected to accept everything fed to them without disagreement? Are people not allowed to question responses?
Do you know how to make any sense at all?

In a conversation like this with the back and forth going on as it has...anyone with a functioning brain knows enough to quote what they are going to comment on...so that "well everybody. I'm not" makes some fucking sense.
What the hell are you talking about here?

Yes foul, I have proof reading issues.
I make sense of it by looking at your approach, you used what most of us consider a less than acceptable one. Disagree and telling people they are wrong are two different animals.
Telling us/I that we/me had to accept the philosophical hypothetical 'a god could exist and you can't deny' (refine that all you want) as a valid position didn't set well from the very beginning. AFAIC arguing what if's is a waste of time, telling me that I have to accept them as valid, well, you've seen my response to that. .
If concrete evidence for a god can't be provided I'm not required to consider the hypothetical. God has been nothing but man's hypothetical concept from the beginning. Why should I consider yet another hypothetical version of it?
