According to some of theories the world-famous actress had some evidence of sexual misconduct about some very important personalities of her time. And this is why she ended up being murdered by someone (because there were several inconsistencies about her circumstances of death too).

Just A Clerical Error, Nothing To See Here

A document from the Southern District of New York Police announcing Jeffrey Epstein's death has been going viral on social media, after it was included in the newly released Justice Department files. The reason is that it carries a date that appears to precede the moment Epstein was officially found dead inside his prison cell, prompting a whirlwind of speculation.

The federal statement was dated Friday, August 9, 2019, and clearly says that Epstein had been found unresponsive and pronounced dead by this date.

However, prison records as well as official accounts show Epstein was not found dead until the morning of August 10, 2019, when he was discovered by a corrections officer delivering breakfast to him...

The Department of Justice (DOJ) this week unredacted multiple names in files related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein after pressure from lawmakers.

A top DOJ official announced the action after Reps. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.) and Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) on Monday decried multiple redactions from the millions of documents released by the administration.

After reviewing unredacted files with other members of Congress, the pair of House members said they spotted at least six names of people who are “likely incriminated.” The two lawmakers co-sponsored the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which required the DOJ to release all documents related to the disgraced financier in its possession.

I hadn’t read much regarding the death of Marilyn Monroe, but Epstein committing suicide makes a lot more sense than him being murdered given what was (and continues to be) reported.

Many reasons:

No evidence of defensive wounds.
Materials required for suicide were present at the time.
Expert analyses concluding suicidal hanging rather than strangulation.
Cameras that were on that night didn’t show anyone suspicious who could’ve entered the cell to murder him.
Epstein actually attempted suicide some month or so ago before his actual death. So it was not beyond him to want to off himself.
Caneras that weren’t on at the time were due to some system failure that occurred several days before Epstein’s death, they didn’t just suddenly malfunction that night.
Evidence of security failures due to neglect that had been occurring even before that night.
And many other reasons.

Conspiracy theorists always like to ignore the various points disfavouring their beliefs and overstate the less compelling points favouring their beliefs.

To be clear, these are very likely personnel and administrative issues - but they're hilarious issues to have in context, and will keep people wondering for some time. My own personal opinion is that if trump and co didn't have their buddy jeff killed it wasn't because they didn't want to or wouldn't have, he just beat them to it.
