Cancer is not a process, http://preventcancer.aicr.org/site/PageS..._is_cancer
Quote:The Cancer Process
Cancer is a disease of cells, the basic building blocks of our bodies. Their lives and behavior are controlled by genetic instructions that are present in every cell of the body. Those instructions tell our cells when and how to grow, reproduce and die...

Quote:Cancer as a Multistep Process
A central feature of today's molecular view of cancer is that cancer does not develop all at once, but across time, as a long and complex succession of genetic changes...
I can give more examples if you like.

I can give more examples if you like. Ok, well I learned something, I was wrong, and I will admit it.
But still comparing cancer to evolution is like comparing apples and oranges they're both fruit, they're both sweet but they're different, Cancer is a destructive process, evolution is a neutral process, they're both processes, just different.

I think it does come down to personal privilege espoused by the religious (who are nothing more than spoilt children imho) everything else flows from that. What is most irritating is that when one is striving to "educate" said spoilt children they prefer to be lazy and fall back on their tried and true buy-line "but god says so"
Religion is a poison in our society today as far as I am concerned. There are no saving graces for it and I can fully understand your rant Gooders.

Do you hate hurricanes, earthquakes and tornadoes, too? Does your hate give you a sense of empowerment?

I am surprised I had no hate for my rant.

A pleasant illusion that would be much easier for me to maintain if they would cease their efforts to disabuse me of it....
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!
