It is a very wise concept. I like how it's contradictory. The only constant is change. There is no constant, and that fact stays the same in perpetuity. It contradicts itself. That, I find, is an example of how things can be real, undeniable and true, all while making no sense.

Or by "this world" you mean "as things are right now and here"... and if so: why would change be constant?
