The only way to not get shot is to submit/yeild or to ambush the cop essentially be at the point where you are ready to kill him before he feels he needs to shoot you. You are not going to out alpha a cop.

The charges were dropped on the brothers after the video went public (funny how that works). So apparently you ARE allowed to resist an unlawful arrest...

The assault charges against two brothers seen fighting with Detroit Police officers in surveillance video have been dropped, Andrea Isom of Fox 2  reports.

The brothers, Tywonn Mitchell, 20, and Naybon Moore, 26, were driving to Grandy's Coney Island  in May, when they say Detroit police officers began tailing their car.

The brothers pulled into the restaurant and the police car backed away, so they thought everything was fine.

But then the officers followed them into the coney island, and asked to see their IDs. The brothers asked to know what they had done wrong.

Their exchange ignited into a wild brawl, with each brother squared off against one of the officers.

The Detroit Police Department deemed this use of force appropriate and reasonable, and the brothers were charged with assault.

But nine days after the story aired on Fox 2, the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office announced the charges have been dropped against Moore and Mitchell.

Mitchell is approaching his junior year at Madonna University, studying criminal justice.

He has a message for the two officers: "I forgive them and I don't hold any grudges for them. I hope they learned their lesson."

The first one isn't real.. Camera placement is wrong, cop won't allow a camera come between them and suspect, and the 'cop' does not seem concerned with the people behind him. At best dude is a rent a cop more than likly it is a cop haters fan fiction like this one:

The second, dudes went to jail right? how does that constituting out alpha-ing a cop? Cop did his job/what he sets out to do. subdue and place people in custody. if not for the news those two men would have rotted in prison... Are you advocating that people resist police authority?

Better question, why is it you seem to be offended by that statement? does it go against your 'moral fiber?' does it seem wrong to let someone have authority over you? Even though as a believe that is the cornerstone of our beliefs?
