Is it so bad that God blessed humanity with a chosen family like he did in the past?

Yes. It is so unjust. 
Like a Mafia ? Isn't that opening the door for all kinds of cheating?
If I'm chosen since birth, then the whole system of justice falls. Everything I do is holy.

Is it so hard to rely on God for guidance and try to get connected to a mystic link beyond our understanding?

An honest God doesn't need "Mystic" links.

Is is so bad to investigate and seek insight from the Twelve Streams of Mohammad's covenant, and not mix in relying on other streams which are full of pollution for insight?

Yes. God sent down his word already. So the Quran, against human sources?
I pick the Quran.
And there is no between. Mixing a holy book with human sources is just your entrance to Greek mythology.

Is it so bad to believe God can put enough leaders to preserve the teachings of Islam if we don't mix with their leadership and authority others?

Yes. It is bad.
A God that can't preserve his own message is not worthy.
You know, a bad son or daughter can do all kinds of nasty stuff with this kind of "since birth guidance".
That's the problem of the Middle East. Every two minutes a bloody warlord come scream like an idiot that he's the chosen one.
Marines snipe him out (or infiltrate his gang), take oil, then eat pork steak in America.

Is it so bad to be connected to a leader and guide from God that can empower our sword and help us in ways we do not understand?

If you mean a "Prophet" then I agree.
But Mohammed is the last Prophet ?
Sura 33
( 40 )   Muhammad is not the father of [any] one of your men, but [he is] the Messenger of Allah and last of the prophets. And ever is Allah, of all things, Knowing.

Is it so bad that God blesses us through the prayers of an intercessor that is dear to him and knows humans and Jinn more then they know themselves, and makes a mercy to humanity and Jinn?

Yes. A God who acts like a CEO is not worthy.
He should hear me.
Sura 2
( 186 )   And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me - indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided.

So nobody is needed. God is near, he's everywhere.
He hears me. Ali is not needed. Nobody is needed.
