That's a rather dim view of inalienable rights, don't you think? Just because some ignorant believer mistakenly attributed their inalienable rights to an imaginary god...doesn't mean that they don't have those rights. It's not as if there is no secular foundation for such a position.
Try the UN preamble, for starters.
