I can't imagine defib-ing a patient while sitting up on an airline toilet. They had to have pulled her out to the cabin floor. So if naughty bits were that much of a concern why the hell was her state of undress not attended to before the EMT got there?

as I recall (haven't flown commercial since 91) airplane terlets are metal.
