Incorrect.
http://www.dictionary.com/browse/concept?s=t
In no way does the concept disappear if the subject exists. Someone can close her eyes and quite easily conceptualize a chair.
Someone can even easily conceptualize that which does not exist, which is shown throughout history just how powerful is the imagination of man; especially when it comes to such supernatural concepts as god and the boogeyman.
That resource doesn't give any hint to a concept existing after the object becomes reality. You really need to find out what a concept is.

Concepts are mental representations of both abstractions and actual, real things. If you can think of a rock, you have a concept of a rock. Your concept of rock was generalized/abstracted from you learning the common properties of rocks. There are millions of different types of chair, your abstract concept of 'chairs' is what lets you recognize both an arm chair and a beanbag chair as both being chairs. If the concept of chair actually disappeared, you'd cease to know what a chair is.
That's not even close to reality, a rock can't be a concept because it existed before man, man neither conceptualized a rock nor made one, you might say God did though.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
