Perhaps, but then again, she evidently got a hell of a lot more than she bargained for; I'm sure if there are BDSM people on this forum, they could explain that, even if she was into the prospect of an O-like lifestyle, Sparks crossed a lot of lines that shouldn't be crossed. Like it or not, in this case, the contract only has as much weight as the two people involved allow it to, because there's no way in Heaven, Hell, or Nevada that a sex slavery contract is legally binding (not since they passed the 13th Amendment).
