The problem is they can't hold the thought to the logical conclusion. Those people who can't see a doctor are forced to wait until they are seriously ill and then they end up in the emergency room and, if they are poor, medicaid pays for them so the conservatards end up paying anyway although they pay at the most outrageous price.
Rich greedy fucks would rather see the poor die in the streets. And then they'd complain about having to step over the bodies.
