Well, Demons are extra-dimensional, from a spiritual plane of existence..the word Nephilim means "earth-born"..they were born on Earth..they aren't disembodied spirits, and whether they can traverse the material into the spiritual I don't know..Jesus said this

Just as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the days of the Son of Man.
Which seems to indicate that the Nephilim could return in the last days, since they were around in the days of Noah.
There is also a prophecy in Daniel about the last days:
Daniel 2:43
And whereas you saw iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not join one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.
"They" seems to refer to the seed of Satan, and the Nephilim..since "they" are a different seed than the seed of man, and the seed of Satan is what created the nephilim. So there seems to be correlation between the last days and the nephilim. With UFO researchers saying that aliens are demons and the stories of aliens creating hybrids, seems like there is a connection..especially since the stated goal of the aliens is a one world government and religion, and they also specifically deny the divinity of Christ
