Not really, but there's something to be said for equality under law even when that equality expresses itself as evading consequence.  If we're going to have a discussion about how it's a shame that this or that person doesn't get the book thrown at them then we'd better be in the habit of consistently throwing books.  I'm simply noting that we aren't, and that probably -is- a shame.

Okay and if we have discussions about other situations, it would also be a shame that certain other individuals aren't doing time. But right now we're talking about Smollett... but you seem to be insistent on changing the subject in order to take attention away from Smollett. This is a trend with you.

In mere reality, it actually does matter which group of hateful people "have the power".  But...you know..carry on with this whole white MAGAts under attack line of bullshit.

You don't need to have power to be a racist though; if you discriminate or demonstrate hateful prejudice against people based on race, you're a racist. And I'm against racism in all forms.

 Sure..if you say so. Honestly...doesn't seem so. If theres some disparity between who you are and how you come across that's entirely your own problem to fix. You might want to ask ourself, at some point, why you inevitably end up sounding like a fucking klansman, but that's your own business. Don't get me wrong, there are...apparently, alot of non-klansmen who can't help but sound like them...but the explanation for that isn't likely to be something you'd accept anymore than the fact that you consistently sound like a klansman, lol.
