Same with my brother. He never had a written or practical test, he just printed himself a military driving license, then had it switched to a civilian one when he got out.

Never had a DUI or a parking ticket.

I did get two speeding tickets... One for excess of 55 mph in a 35 mph ( was going over 90) and one for - true story - 36 mph in a 35 mph zone.....
