Well if I'm bar staff or a passerby and I noticed Mr Beardy Creepy Anarachy guy pop into the womens bathroom I might be inclined to go "Hm. Thats... huh. I should tell someone about that." If on the other hand hes wearing a cheerleader outfit and he pops in to the womens bathroom or bathroom number 3... now what?

Same guy with the same beard goes into the boys room and touches my son. Where were you, Mr Bar Staff...since you're taking that responsibility on?
I really don't see what a fucking rapist has to do with with a trans person using the bathroom, but, apparently, you can't see anything else or it's just the first thing that comes to mind. Why do you imagine that is? My personal suggestion is that people mind their own bathroom business like normal human beings and..if they want to worry about something, and that something is rapists or trans people, maybe more about the rapists and less about trans people.
