Neither do I. I'm certain that you are aware of the fact that anti-trans laws are a hot and present thing, and dawkins was very much inserting himself into that conversation. Can you see the aha's compelling interest in such a subject? Can you see that dawkins adding fuel to that fire does not fit with their compelling interest in this subject?

To be honest it seems like questions need to be asked because I genuinely don't know how it would work.

Example; I'm a piece of shit. Like, a creepy dude looking to take advantage of the situation. (Before you object, I direct you to Chris-Chan and apologize in advance.) Alright, how are people protected against me in this system? Regardless of whether its a third bathroom or a two bathroom system its still a concern. Before it was like "hang on, that bearded rogue is entering the womens bathroom. I suspect something is afoot!" Now... what? What stops a total piece of shit from doing something terrible at the earliest hours of the morning?

I mean, are other people deemed ok to ask these questions asking these questions? Because the one I just asked doesn't take a genius to realize is abit of a problem and as far as I know noone has answered it.

If on the other hand hes wearing a cheerleader outfit and he pops in to the womens bathroom or bathroom number 3... now what?

I really don't see what a fucking rapist has to do with with a trans person using the bathroom, but, apparently, you can't see anything else or it's just the first thing that comes to mind. Why do you imagine that is? My personal suggestion is that people mind their own bathroom business like normal human beings and..if they want to worry about something, and that something is rapists or trans people, maybe more about the rapists and less about trans people.
