Yup. If soldiers acted like cops they'd be on the fast lane to a dishonorable discharge and felony conviction in a court with no presumption of innocence. Our police force is a poorly trained occupying army that doesn't truly answer to civilian oversight. Seems like that might be a problem. Might wanna call up the guard to get these para-militaries dealt with.
