It may help with some aspects of some cancers, but it certainly doesn't cure it. I imagine that it helps greatly with mentally dealing with it and helps with the pain... that, to me, is reason alone to legalise weed.
I usually smoke it, but I vaporise aswell, I just like the feel of smoking it. I do, however, know there is a greater chance of me getting cancer from smoking it and I imagine that smoking it isn't going to help with cancer nearly as much as other ways.
