Hmm. It does not actually take a lot of "training," if you mean what I think you mean by that word. The "training" portion of learning the relevant things is incredibly simple and can probably be gained by "training" three times for 2 hours. However, it does take regular practice. And it is completely worth it and practical for every woman in the world to choose to make that commitment, because of what they will gain from it. And I don't know how this makes anything I just said less true. So I don't really know what your point is, basically. WAIT, I KNOW, you think that is a reason why it is a better idea for women to carry guns. Am I correct about that? Because for the record, I do not share that thought. Mostly because you are WRONG.

Probably the case. But the thing you should do in that situation is incredibly easy and just one simple thing and you could probably ask anyone who has done krav maga how to do it and they could explain it to you and show you and you could do it and you would understand. Making it a reflex requires conditioning and can take some time and needs reinforcement from time to time, but again, it is definitely worth doing.

You are also wrong about this, because Aikido exists, and it is part of the experience of training in Aikido to practice dealing with multiple opponents at once and learning how to deal with that situation, and if you wanted to, you could probably get an Aikido sensei to teach you exactly that and nothing else. Do you see how phenomenally easy this actually is?

Sorry, no. First of all, you are not even using that expression correctly. And secondly, nothing I said could in any way be rendered objectively "wrong" if I did not name that martial art, because that martial art does exist.

What you mean to say is that from your point of view, if I do not do that, I will definitely be wrong, and I'm guessing you mean to find out if what I said is actually true. If that is the case, good for you, because it means you care about being RIGHT about this.

To me, it makes no difference whatsoever, but for your convenience I will say that it is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This is a martial art that was invented by someone who went around the world challenging every fighter of every possible kind, and then invented THIS based on what always works if you apply the technique correctly. And as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu became a sport, it also became about efficiency and expending as little energy as possible the achieve of an advantage as possible.

I am really tempted to just go into a long diatribe about everything I have learned specifically from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu because it is a lot and all of it is of great value, but you probably do not really care so I will not do that.
