As to the last, yes, muscle power is amazing and, as I stated, we denigrate the achievements of our ancestors. No doubt they had many other devices/methods along with muscle power.
Again, look at what they achieved building/moving/erecting obelisks.
In my example of coral castle, one man doesn't have sufficient muscle power to move 30 tons, but yet he did it. There has to be another explanation, but "muscle power" ain't it.
