And we get to the starting point yet again. You take assumption and arbitrary assertion and treat them as true. It's a good thing you don't treat other things with such a lax standard of verification.

You misunderstand what I said. The is nothing arbitrary about my assumptions, as they are based upon logical reasoning : therefore they are true in the strict logical sense. I would think that you make your assumptions using the same vigour.

So how do you distinguish fact from fantasy? Please explain if I misunderstood.

I assume you are saying here that non empirical evidence counts for nothing, and only empirical evidence is a reliable method to base your understanding of everything on? I disagree of course.
