As a former fundamentalist christian, I can tell you that you can get quite good at doublethink. However, once the walls come down, it is difficult to rebuild them.

I think that's what helped me to get rid of my religious beliefs. I realized I was just making up ad hoc explanations to try to make sense out of a lot of religious beliefs, many of them bible stories.
Christian apologetics is the art of rolling a dog turd in sugar and selling it as a donut.

Umm, was this thing a flame-bait?

This guy has a single post in his own thread and hasn't checked in since yesterday. Normally, if I post on such an active forum, I have to check in quite frequently to keep up with all comments and refutations being made.

Then again, this does seem like a bit too much work just get a few laughs.

Then again, hes a fundy, so I can't expect him to be rational.
