I can. For one thing, her actions, were they not caught by other hospice staff, may have accelerated the immune system collapse of the patient and subsequent death from bacterial infection.
In essence, she chose the actions calculated to deny the patient effective treatment, condemning them to certain death.
Physical harm is deserved. Acute.
Those who take the guise of healer should be torn limb from limb when they become executioner. She crossed that line.
At a bare minimum, it should resolve in her "professional life" being over, every accomplishment laid to waste, every cogent point sullied, for the barbarity of being an executioner in a healers garb.
But the United States is a country where it takes many dead children to convince the state of it's right to seize custody of children in matters of medical treatment when the parents are loons.
