Atheism - less war?
RE: Atheism - less war?
So all of this just so you could say "atheists aren't nice, either, so nyahhhhhh!"?
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

He's trying to avoid the many murders committed by muslims solely because people would not convert to his barbaric creed... and the xtians did the same - they are no fucking bargain.

At least he hasn't tried to tell us that Hitler was an atheist.

You have trouble seeing shades of gray, DWD. It is a problem with the deeply brainwashed. Not everything is about fucking religion.

Brainwashed!

I'm just saying that someone could do bad things to spread atheism....

Your the one that keeps avoiding this point or denying it!

I'm not trying to convert you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AHHHHHHHH!!!!

And for evidence you introduce Stalin who did kill a shitload of people but you have so far failed to show a single instance in which he killed anyone to "spread atheism." This may come as a shock to you but your opinion is effectively worthless. Evidence, son. Produce evidence.

Just look at the pictures he used as propaganda - it's patently clear you are not aware of his repeated attacks on belief in God through poster media as one....

Do some homework - it's not controversial and it is asides from the point: Im not trying to give evidence - Im trying to see if you'll admit that it is humanly possible for someone to kill to spread atheism.

Is it possible?

Again - avoiding the question mate...

That was to minimalist...

Eh?

Is it possible???

Obviously it's possible - no?

Obviously possible - no?

It's not very likely in my eyes that someone will kill to solely spread the absence of belief. As there's nothing else to atheism what exactly would there be to spread? There's no ideology to it. Nothing attached what-so-ever.

In Stalins case he wanted to spread Communism as this is an ideology and is threatened by other ideologies such as religion. You've still not provided a shed of evidence for someone killing in the name of atheism for the pure reason for wanting to spread the absence of belief.

Atheists don't go knocking on doors, atheists don't shout their mouths off on the street preaching about disbelief in god.

From what I can understand, Stalin killed for political reasons rather than to spread atheism.

Yeh I think the only problem he had with the church is that he viewed them as part of the political power struggle.

But to answer your question yeh I'm sure it's possible that somewhere along the history of time a man has killed someone else for believing in god and they were an atheist.
But I can't think of an example of that, and I'm very interested in crime and serial killers and I've heard of a lot of them but I can't remember one who killed for the sake of not believing in a god and killing other people who did.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

That's problem number one, and damning, problem number two is that you don't appear to be "trying to give" anything else either - as your inability to fill in the blanks demonstrates.
